Our return policy is open for 30 days from the date you received your order. This grants you a one month window to initiate a return request. Even if the return process takes longer than the initial 30 days, you will remain eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the return request was submitted within the specified timeframe and the item is in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with no dirt or scuffs on the shoes and the outsole, and kept in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and the logistics box).

I love these shoes. Such an easy fit, great insole support, very well made and of course comfortable!!! Let's not forget, the wine Oxford is pretty funky too.
I have wanted oxfords for nearly a decade. They are a shoe that always seems to be narrow and never come in wides. Even a men's pair didn't work. These are wonderful. They are very comfortable and look nice. Leather shoes are a revelation... I'm so used to the plastic ones because that's what usually comes in plus size. Leather adapts so nicely to your feet. And these shoes feel very sturdy and secure.
I'm finding that wydr shoes seem to run big on me... not sure if I'm secretly a size smaller or if it's just because the shoe is actually wide enough, although I've been professionally measured. But all the wydr shoes are running a little long. I'm walking out of the left shoe especially, but i'll get a heel cushion and it will be fine. Also, wine really means wine. The picture looks browner but it's definitely a red color. But i like it
More comfy than the loafers. They felt like they were already broken in and not just zero pain, but so supportive for my weight (like no feet fatigue at the end of the day -zero!) I think starting with the extra insole really added another level of comfort.
Feels like great quality and the black leather goes with so much so it's easy to style. Again, I am SHOCKED at how comfortable these were from the get go.
I really like the Oxford style! I like the pointed toe and the fact that there is stretch incorporated so my foot can get in comfortably. I think this is a great shoe for work and a good alternative to the loafers you presently offer.
